This took many hours of thought, tears, and untold grief as each fact had to be dealt with. You did a fantastic job in a very short amount of time and I just wanted you to know how good I think it is. Someone mentioned writing a story around these lives and I wouldn't be surprised to find you taking it on. Take some time to re-group, but start a journal and keep up the note-taking -- I do believe you have the greatest insight, would do a story around their lives with true heart and soul. Dede was a sister-student in that class, and I could tell they liked one another. I gave each of them a little matchmaker encouragement toward one another during the class...... And look what happened! They sure knew how to live life to the fullest, & were certainly teaching their sons the same. Their kind-heartedness, effervescence & sense of adventure was contagious, & is permanently implanted in many of us, their friends. I will be at the memorial, and would like to attend the reception as well. Where is the reception, what can I do to help? bring food?? Anything else you need/want, please advise. They were the perfect family. I was their neighbor in Baja. Always looked forward to their arrival. I took them to Serinidad to their plane when they left at Easter. I didn't wait to watch them take off. I had started down the small road when I looked in my rear view mirror and saw Dede and Ryan running after me. She had left something important in my car. As usual they both had big smiles. I miss them so. What a loss for all of us. They were the perfect family.
